OnRails is issuance infrastructure that brings assets to Canton. Our mission is to open the world's financial system by enabling the movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. OnRails platform includes cETH — 1:1 backed by ETH wrapped Ethereum available on Canton Network.

The role

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to help drive adoption of OnRails and it's assets across the Canton ecosystem and beyond.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, and product feedback. You will represent OnRails in the Canton ecosystem, help shape commercial relationships with key partners, and work cross-functionally to ensure the product evolves in line with market needs.

You should be comfortable operating externally with ecosystem stakeholders and partners, while also working internally with founders, marketing, product, and engineering to turn market demand into real business outcomes.
